We would like dog owners to have the opportunity to include their dog in activities which may involve travel on public transport provided that the dog involved could deal with this sort of situation and it could be managed in such as way so as to not impact on other transport users." | Lots of dog owners around where I live seem fairly irresponsible with poo etc and this gives those that clean up a bad name. Would support a two tiered licensing system - ie dog pass that gives more access to currently restricted areas with removal if found to be irresponsible. The "default no dog" position society is adopting is tragic and needs to be fought. Dr. J.B. |

Count me in. $40 to support an organisation to get sensible paw/pet laws across Australia, $330 fine for walking my dog on Newport Beach at 7am. Wish I gave that $330 to Barking Mad instead. It's long overdue to get common sense, why aren't dog owners organised? It seems we only have ourselves to blame. Thank you for your work. S.W.

| I've just moved to this country and bought a tiny pet chihuahua. I was taken totally by surprise by the bus conductor who refused to take my dog and me back home. Is this correct, as I have no other transport? Many thanks and keep up the great campaign! J.A. |

| I can't believe how restrictive Australia is about pets! But I do think there are far too many pet owners who won't pick up and let their dogs annoy people; this makes it harder for responsible owners. M.C. |

| I would dearly love to take my dog on a bus or a tram. I can only take him on a train and as we don't have a car it makes socialising very difficult and we often have to leave our dog at home. Melbourne member |
